Why This Page Exists

Who Wrote What You Are Reading

Dental information affects decisions about your health and your money. Google classifies it as Your Money or Your Life content and holds it to a higher standard than most of the web — and so, frankly, should you.

This page sets out who writes the clinical information on this site, who checks it, how often it is re-checked, and what we do when we get something wrong. If any page here does not meet what is described below, we would rather you told us.

How We Write

Our Editorial Standards

We describe general dentistry, not your case. Nothing on this website is a diagnosis. Every mouth is different, and what is right for one patient is wrong for another. Pages are written to help you understand a treatment and ask better questions — not to replace an examination.

We hedge where the evidence hedges. You will see "usually", "most patients" and "your dentist will advise" throughout. That is deliberate. Dentistry rarely offers guarantees, and a page that promises one is telling you something untrue.

We do not publish success-rate percentages or outcome guarantees. Figures like these vary enormously by case selection and are routinely misused in dental marketing. Where a treatment has a good track record we say so plainly, without inventing a number.

We explain what a treatment costs by explaining what changes the cost. Which tooth, how many canals, whether a crown is needed. We would rather tell you the variables honestly than publish a headline price that turns out not to apply to you.

We recommend the smallest intervention that works. If cleaning and whitening will get you most of the way there, our pages say so before they mention veneers.

How We Check It

Our Medical Review Process

1. Written by the practice. Clinical content is drafted from established dental practice, not copied from other clinics.

2. Reviewed by a named clinician. Every treatment and service page is reviewed by a dentist at this practice, chosen for the relevant speciality — endodontic pages by our endodontist, orthodontic pages by our orthodontist.

3. Signed and dated in public. The reviewer’s name, role and the date of the last review appear at the top of the page. If a page carries no reviewer byline, it has not been through this process, and you should treat it as general information only.

4. Re-reviewed at least every 24 months, and sooner if practice or guidance changes. The date shown is the date of the most recent review, not the date the page was first written.

5. Corrections are made openly. If we find or are told about an error, we fix it and update the review date rather than quietly editing the page.

When We Are Wrong

Reporting an Error

If something on this site looks inaccurate, out of date, or simply unclear, please tell us. We would much rather hear it from you than leave it published.

Email dentalleafs@gmail.com or call +91 9585 360 320 and tell us which page. We will look at it, correct it if it needs correcting, and update the review date on that page.

What This Site Is Not

Limits You Should Know About

This is not a substitute for an examination. No website can see your teeth. If you are in pain, have facial swelling, difficulty breathing or swallowing, or have had an injury to the mouth, seek care immediately rather than reading.

Photographs may be stock images. Where a photograph shows our own clinic, team or patients, it is captioned as such. Any before-and-after case published here is our own patient, shown with written consent, and results vary between individuals.

Testimonials are individual experiences. They describe what happened for that person and are not a prediction of your result.

We have no commercial sponsors. No treatment is recommended on this site because a manufacturer paid for it to be.
