The information on this website is general in nature and is published to help you understand common dental treatments. It is not a diagnosis, and it is not a substitute for a professional consultation. Every mouth is different, and what is right for one person may be wrong for another.

Do not delay seeking care, or disregard advice a dentist or doctor has already given you, because of something you read here. If you are in severe pain, have facial swelling, difficulty breathing or swallowing, or have had an injury to the mouth, seek urgent care immediately.

3. Appointment requests

• Submitting the booking form is a request, not a confirmed appointment. Your appointment is confirmed only once a member of our team contacts you.
• Please give a phone number you can be reached on, so we can confirm.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, let us know as early as you reasonably can so the slot can go to another patient.
• We may need to move an appointment because of a clinical emergency or staff illness. We will always try to give you as much notice as possible.

4. Treatment, estimates and fees

• Any fee shown or quoted on this website or by phone is an estimate. The final cost depends on clinical examination and, where needed, X-rays.
• We will explain what is recommended and what it will cost before treatment begins, and we will not proceed without your agreement.
• Payment terms and accepted payment methods are as advised at the clinic.
• No dental treatment can be guaranteed to produce a particular result. Outcomes depend on your individual condition, healing and aftercare.

5. Using this website

You agree not to use this site to send unlawful, abusive or misleading content, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, to interfere with its operation, or to use our contact forms to send unsolicited commercial messages. We operate automated protections on our forms and may block submissions that appear automated.

6. Content and intellectual property

The text, layout, logo and branding on this site belong to Dental Leaf. Photographs used on this site may be licensed stock images and may not depict our own premises, staff or patients in every case. You may read, print and share pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please do not republish our content elsewhere without permission.

Patient testimonials describe those individuals’ own experiences. They are not a promise or prediction of the result you will get.
